Upper Cumberland Club

Club Focus

• The Upper Cumberland Club is designed to bring wrestlers together to train regardless of which school you attend. Wrestlers ages 12-18  with a couple of years of experience looking to further develop their mental, physical, and wrestling techniques. These club practices are designed help prepare wrestlers to compete at the highest level of state and national competitions. As well as prepare these athletes to wrestle in college.

  • Location - Cookeville High School
  • Practice Time - Wednesday (4pm to 6pm)
• Ages - Boys and Girls 12+ years of age.

Price (Month to Month)

• 1 Wrestler - $50
• 2 Wrestlers - $90
• 3 Wrestlers - $130

The goal for the Upper Cumberland branch of NLWC is bring the same challenging and development focused place for wrestlers to train together. We also pride ourselves in providing as much opportunity as possible for our members to compete. As a club, we have coached and guided more State Champions and All-Americans than any other club in the metro area since starting in March of 2021.
