General Club Information
Club Focus
- Is for wrestlers from the ages of 8-12 years of age. These practices are designed to build a solid athletic base, and flexibility, develop a solid wrestling techniques base, prepare your wrestler for competition, and most importantly a love for the sport of wrestling.
- The 2025 - 2026 youth season will begin November 4th and end the first weekend of March.
Club Details
- Mt. Juliet Practices
- Location - Mt. Juliet High School (1875 Golden Bear Gateway, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
- Practice Times - Tuesday and Friday (6pm to 7:30pm)
- Father Ryan Practices
- Advance Wrestlers - Monday and Thursday
- Beginner Wrestlers - Thursday
- Location - Father Ryan High School
- Practice Time - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
- Ages - Boys and Girls from 8 to 12 Years Old
- Season Cost - One time payment of $250
- What you investment includes, four months of coaching at all practices and tournaments.
