Youth Club

Club Focus

• Is for wrestlers from the ages of 5-12 years of age. These practices are designed to build a solid athletic base, and flexibility, develop a solid wrestling techniques base, prepare your wrestler for competition,  and most importantly a love for the sport of wrestling.
• The 2024 - 2025 youth season will begin November 5th and end the first weekend of March. You don't have to wait until Nov. 5th to start with the club but that will be the official start date of the upcoming youth season. All details below are the current details until that start date.

Club Details

• Mt. Juliet Practices
  • Location - Mt. Juliet High School (1875 Golden Bear Gateway, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
  • Practice Times - Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30pm to 8pm)
• Father Ryan Practices
  • Location - Father Ryan High School
  • Practice Time - Thursday (6:30pm to 8pm)
• Ages - Boys and Girls from 5 to 12 Years Old)
• Season Cost - One time payment of $350 or 4 payments of $125 once every two weeks starting the day you sign up.
• What you investment includes, four months of coaching at all practices and tournaments, it also includes the required AAU Card.

Competition Requirements

• If you are going to compete this season. You will be required to buy the base competition package. The base competition package will include a custom team singlet, fight shorts and competition shirt. The Cost for the base competition bundle is $100.
