NCW Thursday Fight Night

NCW Fight Nights are an opportunity for wrestlers of all age and skill levels to get together and wrestle together

Fight nights are a lightly structured practice focused on wrestling live goes with wrestlers that you normally don't get the opportunity to wrestle with. Bring a friend or challenge a kid from another school or club and come wrestle live goes.

NCW Fight Nights will be every Thursday starting August 15th and run weekly until October 24th. Fight nights start every Thursday at 6:30 and will consist of a 15 minute warm up and then we will wrestle live goes for an hour.

NCW Fight Nights will take place at Father Ryan High School's wrestling room (700 Norwood Dr, Nashville, TN 37204)
